Per Diem positions require at minimum one year of experience working in the certification or specialty you're applying for. Most importantly, you’ll need to be prepared and able to provide exceptional patient care with minimal orientation.

Our compliance process takes approximately 2 weeks but can be streamlined if you already have all of your credential documents and if you're prepared to complete your onboarding documents in a timely manner.

In order to remain in active status and have access to the best shifts, you will need to work at least two shifts each month. Most of our clinicians work about 24 hours per week—but the beauty of working per diem is you can work as much or as little as you want.

Once you sign up, you will have access to our online portal, where you can enter your availability and choose from open shifts. If you're not much of a tech guru, you can also contact our staffing specialists to provide your availbility and schedule future shifts on your behalf. We'll also always notify you when shifts are posted at your preferred facilities.

You’ll be paid weekly via direct deposit. Every Friday is payday at Openwork Health.

Yes, we have an after-hours team that is available after our normal business hours and on all holidays. They’re part of the Openwork Health family and here to help with anything you might need.
