For Travel
Ready to travel, but not sure where to start? We’re here to help. The first step to becoming a traveler is connecting with a recruiter, which you can do here. Once we know what inspires you, we’ll get to work on your profile and help you find an assignment that meets your needs.
Specific requirements vary depending on the assignment, which our recruiting team can walk you through. At the very least, you’ll need at least one year of experience in your specialty, an active state license, professional certification, or registration, and any American Heart Association certifications applicable to your area of practice.
Positions usually post about 4-6 weeks before the desired start date, and they move fast. If you know you’re ready to travel in the next few months, it’s best to get your application completed ahead of time so your Recruiter can be ready to submit when that perfect job comes along.
As a traveler, you'll get the unique opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare facilities, giving you firsthand experience of how top healthcare providers deliver care.
Most travel nurse assignments are 13 weeks. That said, we get assignments that are both shorter and longer than that. And don't forget, being a travel nurse comes with the ability to work as much or as little as you want, so you always have the ability to take time off between assignments. If you're looking for something part-time or shorter in duration, check out our local opportunities.
ICU, Stepdown, Telemetry, M/S, ER and OR tend to have the most jobs available, but we have jobs for just about every specialty.
Radiology and imaging professionals are in particularly high demand, and we have great positions available in all modalities and subspecialties.
