Get paid for referring your friends

Know anyone that may be interested in a new job? For every qualified referral you make as an Openwork Health ambassador, you can earn up to $500 and your friend can earn up to $500. There are no limits on the number of referrals you can make, or how many bonuses you can earn. Many of our ambassadors earn hundreds of extra dollars, without having to do any real hard work (trust us, it's not too good to be true).

How it works

Recommend your friends to us using the link below, or by calling your Openwork Health representative.

We find your referral a great job, and as soon as they work 160 hours, you get paid up to $100!

We'll also give your referral a bonus up to $25 after they have worked 40 hours (in addition to their normal pay).

Understanding Referrals

  • Reach out to your friends and family and share why you love working with Openwork Health. You never know who might be interested in a career change (and hey, you could help them find that next great gig).
  • Let social media help you (we'll give you a personal link to include in your posts).

The sky is the limit. Just remember that quality referrals need to work at least 160 hours before either of you receive bonuses, so make sure you're referring team players.

Most people are eligible for the referral program. If you are an Openwork Health employee in good standing (that means you're on an assignment or you've been on an assignment in the last three months) you can submit a referral. If the person you refer has never worked for Openwork Health they are eligible.

You do not have to be a current Openwork Health employee to receive referral bonuses, but you do need to be a recent employee. That's anyone who has worked with us in the last 90 days.
